iVillage Chief Correspondent Kelly Wallace sat down with Anna Quindlen this week to talk about her new book, “Lots of Candles, Plenty of Cake” The Pulitzer Prize winner and New York Times bestselling author has a new memoir that is must-read for any woman at any stage of her life! She has been even coined as the “first mommy blogger” when she wrote about motherhood in her New York Times column “Life in the 30’s” in 1985. I started reading this book over the weekend and I couldn’t put it down. It is filled with sound advice and encouraging words from a woman who has been there, done that. Her words lifted me and made me breathe a sigh of relief. Everything I have read so far as been exactly what I needed to hear. Anna reminds you to take a closer look and pay attention to what is really important. Read more about Anna Quindlen
