Are you addicted to coffee like I am? If you weren’t before you will be after you try this Pumpkin Pie Coffee Creamer. I start thinking about coffee the night before. I picture sitting down with a steamy cup at the computer while the kids are getting ready for school. In a perfect world, there is no yelling as this is my time to sit and enjoy that delicious cup of coffee. But if I am being honest, most mornings there is all kinds of yelling, mostly about shoes and combing hair. While I usually drink my coffee with just a touch of half and half and no sugar, sometimes I want to make it a little something special. This Homemade Pumpkin Pie Coffee Creamer is super special. It’s fall, for your coffee — and super easy to make.
Sweetened condensed milk and half and half are all you need as the base for your homemade coffee creamer. From there, you can add in whatever flavorings you like to change the flavor. With the help of Kristin from Meringue Bake Shop, we came up with this recipe for Pumpkin Pie Coffee Creamer. And all my favorite fall spices got to come out to play.
Add the half and half and sweetened condensed milk to a blender and blend well.
Next add in sugar, pumpkin, vanilla and whatever spices suit your fancy, then blend again.
How easy is that? I store mine in these cute, quilted mason jars. My favorite part about this creamer is that it isn’t overly sweet. I don’t like sweet drinks, and this one is the perfect treat for me. You can always add more sugar if you need to, and of course add more or less of the spices as you see fit.
This recipe makes quite a bit of creamer. When I made this batch, I sent about half of it home with my mother-in-law and kept the rest for myself. I think this would make a great neighbor gift for friends during the holidays. And for sure you are going to want to make this when you have house guests.

3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
