As a Jewish little girl I was surrounded by the joy of Christmas decorating and fun, with not much to show for the fun and beauty of my own holiday. Thankfully times have changed dramatically and I can find Hanukkah decorations and fun for my whole family at every turn. I have a tendency to go a bit overboard this time of year simply because I love the idea of enjoying the shades of blue, white, silver and gold in my house. My kids have really joined in the fun this year telling me where they want to put up all of the decorations.

Here are just a few of my favorite Hanukkah decorations and more:

  1. A great way to display the Menorah on the side table is this beautiful Hanukkah Table Runner ($18), and its reversible.
  2. I love vinyl wall decals because you can add panache to a room for as little or as long as you like. This Menorah vinyl decal ($14.95) is so lovely because it’s a different way to decorate and very modern too.
  3. When I first saw the Menorah for Hanukkah Wood Yard Art ($45) I thought it was paper. I couldn’t believe it, but it is in fact made of wood, and I love the idea of adding this to my front yard.
  4. One of the best memories as a kid for me was baking sugar cookies with my mom and using Chanukah Cookie Cutters – 5 Shaped Cutters. We spent all afternoon decorating those cookies. I never really liked how they tasted, but I loved decorating them for hours with my mom.
  5. How about these Round Ball Lantern Hanukkah Decorations ($29.99)? I could think of about 5 places to hang them around my house. These are going on the must-have decoration list for me.
  6. This Hanukkah Garland felt garland ($17) is so simple, but would be absolutely gorgeous on a fireplace mantle.
  7. This Baby Bling Swarovski My First Hanukkah onesie ($34.99) proves that a little blink makes everything just a big more precious. By the way you can buy the super adorable tutu and converse separately too.
  8. It wouldn’t be the same if we didn’t have a Keep Calm sign to celebrate the festival of lights. So why no Keep Calm and Dreidle On ($8) my friends? It’s a printable .pdf, so you can put this up as many times as you’d like in your house.
  9. Of course it is the festival of lights, and you must have a Menorah to light. This Menorah in Green With Gold Sparks ($170) is a beautiful art piece worth lighting for many years to come.
  10. This Yarn Wreath ($52) proves that you don’t need dreidles and menorahs to feel like it is Hanukkah in your home. With a beautiful mixture of blues, gold and silver this wreath is a wonderful addition to any door in your home.
  11. Come on put that little dapper man in this adorable Baby Boy Hanukkah outfit ($24) this Hanukkah you’re sure to make your little man the hit of the party.
  12. I love the idea of some great Hanukkah party fun with these Melissa & Doug Chanukah Box Of Questions ($9.24).
  13. Light your Menorah with these beautiful Red/Pink/Orange candles ($14.95), which are sure to make your night light up Hanukkah.
  14. This year I decided to try some printables, and am loving these Hanukkah Collection ($12.50) by Frog Prince Paperie.
  15. My mother started her own dreidle collection over 20 years ago, and when I saw these 5 Jeweled Metal Dreidels (Bronze Color) ($19.95) I couldn’t help but think that these would be a perfect addition to her collection.
  16. No home should be without a Happy Hanukkah banner, and I love this one ($22) from Bekah Jennings because of the elegance it has with the silver edging and scrolls.

There’s still enough time to do all of your Hanukkah shopping because we light the first candle on Saturday night. Don’t forget the apple sauce and sour cream for your latkes.
